Oceania, third floor UNIT 205, offers an unprecedented 60 feet of glass on the sugar white beach of Destin and the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Three sliding doors, two from the living area, and one from the master bedroom, give access to the 40 foot long covered patio, where fans keep you cool while you relax on the comfortable furniture and enjoy the breath taking views.
Three professionally decorated bedrooms have their private bathrooms and are all equipped with large televisions, DVDs and VCRs. The master bedroom has a separate shower and jaccuzi bathtub. The sliding door to the patio lets the waves lull you to sleep on the king-size bed or the lounge chair. The second bedroom has a king-size bed as well, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds.
The 40 foot long professionally remodeled living and dining area has a mirrored wet bar equipped with an ice maker, and offers you and your guests a fantastic view of the pool, beach and sea, while being entertained by a home theater consisting of a large screen television, a DVD-VCR combo, and a surround sound system.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops as well as an under-cabinet television to entertain the cook.
