The king-sized master suite features unsurpassed views of the gulf, walk-in closet,  a spacious en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower, and access to the oversized balcony where you can soak up the rays.  The queen-sized guest bedroom boast a private balcony overlooking the Seascape golf course and Choctawatchee Bay with an en suite bath, and the second guest bedroom offers twin beds with an en suite bath.  Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and DVD player.   

The Three Flamingos has an open kitchen, dining, and living area with magnificent gulf views.  The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a Sony CD/Stereo system for your enjoyment. 

Centrally located within the Seascape Resort, Ariel Dunes II offers 3 pools totaling over 11,000 square feet with one pool heated for owners and guests during the winter season, and a fitness facility with sauna and steam room. If you are hungry, try Cabana Cafe located on the ground level of Ariel Dunes I. Cabana Cafe is open daily for breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you are thirsty for your favorite beverage, step into the coffee shop or the full-service bar overlooking the pool deck.

Ariel Dunes is located within the SeaScape Resort offering 18-hole championship golf course with Pro shop, 8 tennis courts, 5 pools, fresh water lakes, beach service, Whales Tail Beach Bar & Grill - seaside dining & live entertainment, water sports rentals including chairs and umbrellas.
