Tropical Breeze is a private home located across from Crystal Beach in the upscale community of Terra Cotta Terrace in Destin, Florida. Just a few minutes to the private beach access you will find yourself on a soft sugar-white beach with dazzling emerald waters.

Tropical Breeze is a three-bedroom, three bath, pet friendly vacation home which features a bright beachy decor, cable TV, VCR/DVD players in every room, a private balcony off the master suite to have your early morning coffee or late night cocktail, a garden tub in the master bath with shower for late evening relaxation, and a king-sized bed for your sleeping comfort. At the opposite end of the upstairs is a guest bedroom with two double-sized beds, a large walk-in closet, and its own private bath with a tub/shower combination. The downstairs guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a private bath with a walk-in double shower. There is no need to fight over a bathroom, with each bedroom having its own private bath.

An outdoor shower, gas grill, and side deck make Tropical Breeze the perfect summer vacation home. Winter guests can snuggle up with their favorite book while enjoying the warmth of a cozy gas fireplace. Enjoy the tropical breezes with your fenced-in private pool (21 x 15). Guests can also enjoy the community clubhouse and pool (heated), sauna, tennis courts, and sand volleyball pit.

Surrounded by lush landscaping on a quiet cul-de-sac, Tropical Breeze offers our guests a charming and safe environment for small children. We have seen to it that you will enjoy every aspect of our home right down to the sheets you sleep on. We truly feel you will enjoy all the amenities our beach vacation home and community has to offer, and will come back to visit us year after year.

Standard rental period is weekly, Saturday to Saturday, during Spring Break and Peak Season.
Pet Friendly: Non-refundable pet fee of $125 per week for one pet, $75 per week each additional pet.
A Departure Cleaning Fee of $125 applies to ALL rentals.
Florida state taxes are calculated at 11% on all rentals.

    I stayed a week during spring break along with my handicap husband, teen daughter and 2 sweet Maltese. We all had a great time. The house was CLEAN and fresh smelling, bright and airy. Carol and Steve couldn’t have been nicer and were knowledgeable about all the restaurants and shopping. My two little dogs enjoyed walking on the boardwalk and seeing all the people and dogs. We hope to stay in another of their houses this summer. Debra

    My family and I (Including my Westie, Sweet Pea), stayed a week at Tropical Breeze June 6-13, 2009. This was our 3rd year renting from Carol & Steve, and as usual, everything was perfect. We were able to meet Carol & Steve on this trip, and it was like welcoming old friends. Thank you for your hospitality, and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

    We stayed at Tropical Breeze 9/6-13/2009. What a WONDERFUL vacation home!! Tropical Breeze is very, very clean and modern…all the comforts of home from a gas grill to a washer and dryer. The beautiful pool was just the right size to enjoy a cool dip and a cocktail with friends. The bedrooms are quite comfortable and large, especially the master…it was huge!! It was also so nice to have a seperate bathroom for every bedroom ! No one has to wait to clean up from a day at the beach. And speaking of the beach…just a short walk to one of the prettiest, cleanest beaches I have every been on….and I am a Florida girl! It is also nice to be able to take our furry family members along on vacation. Bella and Lucca had a GREAT time too! Carol was so nice and very responsive to all of our needs and requests. We would ABSOLUTELY return to Tropical Breeze on our next Destin vacation!!

    We stayed in late September and had a fantastic time. The house was perfect and the beaches were so much fun and beautiful. We ate at Pompano Joes every chance we got. The perfect place to vacation. Everything was perfect.

    We stayed at Tropical Breeze May 22-28, 2010 and loved it! The master bedroom and bath are really spacious and nice. We had all the comforts of home and only a couple of blocks to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed the private pool at the house and of course eating at all the great Destin seafood spots. The weather was awesome and the beach was perfect! Thanks for a great getaway! And our little bichon frise Cooper loved being able to go on vacation with his family :-)

    Our family vacationed at Tropical Breeze in mid July 2010 - wonderful house, pool, area. House was perfect for our 6 adults and 2 little boys. We had a blast and highly recommend staying here. Carol and Steve are perfect hosts!! Could not have been better.
