This lovely spacious upscale home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by tropical landscaping in the gated resort community of Emerald Shores.

Tropical Escape consists of a large living, formal dining, and kitchen area, three baths, three bedrooms, and a loft area for sitting or sleeping. The smoke-free home has wood flooring throughout with the exception of tile in the bathrooms and laundry. The master suite located upstairs has a garden tub in the master bath, king size bed, and doors opening on to a wraparound balcony for that early morning coffee or late evening cocktail. The two guest bedrooms located upstairs offer a queen size bed and two doubles. The bedrooms share a bath. The loft area off of the bedrooms is equipped with a full sleeper sofa and doors opening on to a wraparound balcony for late evening relaxation.

Tropical Escape has a soft, warm spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is next to the formal dining room, and off of the kitchen are the laundry, a full bath, and large walk-in pantry.

From the moment you arrive to the minute you depart, you’ll have all the comforts of your own private home. Whether you’re seeking solitude or excitement-or both-this 2000 sq. ft. tropical escape beach home is for you! Kick off your shoes, make footprints in the sand, and relax in a home away from home. Emerald Shores is a casual walk to the Gulf of Mexico. If you’re having a lazy day or your hands are full, take the private beach tram which operates seasonally within Emerald Shores. The beach pavilion is for Emerald Shores owners and guests only (entry code) and is accommodated by private bathrooms, outdoor shower, and beach service (chairs and umbrella). Emerald Shores is family oriented offering two large swimming pools and on-site tennis.

    What a lovely home, and what nice people to rent from! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Tropical Escape. The house is very well stocked, plenty of towels, appliances, even a crock pot to make a wonderful dip in….We were very comfortable with 8 to 10 people (we had 10 part of the time). Nice gated community, very nice clean pool. We would love to go back in the future……Thank-you Carol for your kindness and helpfulness…it was very appreciated!

    Our family of 10 visited Destin and stayed @ Tropical Escape in June 2009 and had a great time. This home has everything you need. There are restaurants within walking distance. This home is beautifully furnished and is in a lovely gated community. Looking forward to coming back. I would highly recommend this home for your family vacation Dale Martin
